This way is one of many habits that it can make your morning habits efficiency is getting up at the same time every morning. It mean that you need to set alarm for specific time that it is comfortable for you and please make sure that you can practice it every morning. Please ensure that the time you get up is not affect with your health and work and you should not worry if you get up a little late. One more thing, please remind that you should not try to change the time that you get up if you set it ready and it has comfortable for you. Because it can exhaust your body before you start your work or activities daily. So getting up the same time at the morning can increase a more efficiency and you can increase more productive full day.

2- Start with an closely activity to calm your mind and spirit
One of popular habits for efficiency morning habits is meditate. This is a where that you need to take time to calm your mind and it can reflect on about your characteristic of mind. You should take time from 30 to 40 minutes for reading at the morning.
