I hope that you ever heard the word “Leadership”. Can you
give definition of Leadership? Most people give definition of Leadership is the
art or strategy for motivating group of people to do action follows way identified
to achieving goals together. On this point, it means that leader can prepare
ways to direct worker or colleagues with best ways to meet the company's
requirement. One more thing, some people say that, the leadership is focus
inspires other people to do something and being prepared to do. If we say to
easy to listen, the leader is a person that they like the inspiration and
director of group of people to do action. They are a key person in the group
that they have personality and leadership skill and can make other people want
to follow their plan. Also some people give defining of leadership is
motivation and it equal with result and it can also represent inspiration.
Anyway we also can define leadership depend on common elements that we can
agree together. On this article, i want to share some way that leader achieves
success:
1- Leaders always
have great their environment
If they want
to become great leader in group, they do not to order your worker around their
body. Leaders should prepare their body become coaches with a passion to
develop all people. Leaders always inspire people through a share vision and
they try to create a good environment that people feel values to fill work. Also
a true leader takes initiative and trusts their employees to perform
efficiently and independently. The employees are more motivate and confident
with their work when company or leader have a positive culture with them.
Leader with responsibility to establish goals, innovate, and motivate is a
great leader.
2- Leader
understand about their team and themselves very well
Please
remember that the great leaders always want their company or group to succeed
include everyone involved too. They need to spend many times to understand
every employee on the group, so they can help worker achieve their personal
goals in line with the company's requirement. One more thing, a great leader
put the people around him or her in good position that they can build worker up
for success.
3- Leaders
should a positive attitude
Indeed, the
businesses or company can face ups and down if without someone to take the
reins and push forward in optimism. It means that the company will likely be
unsuccessful if companies are no good key person to lead team. Leader should
have enough confident to understand about employee's mistake and leader should
try to correct them to avoid those mistake. The leadership is the ability to
see the problem and can find good solution. Mostly, There are a lot of people
talk about problem during happen ready but don't have anyone can see the
problem and risk in future, so it need a great leader to see those problem and prepare
strategy with solution faster.
